Primera Commercial Division and Caliber Development have partnered once again to create a one-of-a-kind housing experience for Grand Canyon University students. Primera Commercial recently installed flooring, cabinetry and countertops in the studio, one and three bedroom residences available at GC Square Apartments.
Located in Phoenix, GCU is a private, nonprofit Christian university that offers a wide range of majors and programs to support traditional and online learning. Currently the largest Christian university in the world, GCU was recognized by Fortune magazine as one of America’s best colleges for entrepreneurs.
“I’ve been working with Primera Commercial for over a year and find them to be an excellent choice for value and quality of their work,” said Roy Bade, Executive Vice President of Caliber Development, LLC, which served as the general contractor for the project. Caliber Development, LLC is a division of Caliber – The Wealth Development Company. Primera and Caliber have also worked together on the award-winning Hilton Tucson East renovation project and future projects are currently being planned.
GC Square Apartments joins Primera Commercial’s growing portfolio of high-profile community projects that includes the Hilton Tucson East, the Kimpton Hotel in downtown Phoenix, the Twin Arrows Casino in Flagstaff, and training facilities for both the Arizona Cardinals (in Tempe) and the Chicago Cubs (in Mesa).
