Primera is delighted to announce that it has won another award – Build Magazine’s 2021 Home and Garden Award for Best Family Home Building Services – Arizona.
In 2021 the Home and Garden Awards returned for their third year. Now more than ever, homes and gardens have become sanctuary to the incredibly challenging times 2020 has offered and the aim is to reward those individuals and firms that have worked tirelessly to ensure our home and gardens are the best they can be.
This award recognizes Primera’s ability to adapt its business to the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. Primera quickly recognized the necessity of being able to offer virtual appointments to homebuyers by developing new methods of using its VEO Design Studio software. With this virtual process, homebuyers can be reassured that they will receive the one-to-one personal attention and advice needed to make the optimum choices for their new home to suit their style and budget without compromise.
The remote appointments use Zoom online conferencing technology to allow the homebuyer and the interior designer to interact collaboratively via a shared screen. With the use of a mobile tech cart, equipped with a camera, the designer moves around the design center to show close-ups of textures and demonstrate color combinations to homebuyers to ensure a complementary and harmonious blend of interior finishes is selected.

Primera’s Flagship Design Center features contemporary styling, private and quiet spaces for visitors, and custom lighting that showcases the unique qualities and details of the individual product samples. The state-of-the-art lighting enables customers to see their product selections in a “true” lighting environment that reflects how they would actually look in a home. Its dramatic impact is heightened by the complementary black roof and hanging bright white panels featured throughout the separate vignettes.
