PRIMERA ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF VIRTUAL DESIGN CENTER APPOINTMENTS

In these difficult times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Primera’s VEO Design Studio software and processes have been adapted to enable the use of virtual design center appointments should homebuyers prefer to enjoy their new home interiors selection experience from the comfort of their own home.

The remote appointments use Zoom online conferencing technology to allow the homebuyer and the interior designer to interact collaboratively via a shared screen. Zoom is simple to use and Primera’s appointments do not require homebuyers to set up an account. Primera will provide a link to an online Zoom tutorial before the arranged appointment time.

With the use of a mobile tech cart, equipped with a camera, the designer will move around the design center to show close-ups of textures and demonstrate color combinations to homebuyers to ensure a complementary and harmonious blend of interior finishes is selected.

Using the shared screen, alternative pricing of product options can be discussed to confirm product selections. Screenshots of the VEO Design Studio appointment can be sent to homebuyers as a record of the virtual appointment. Product samples can also be requested and sent direct from suppliers to homebuyers for their final review and approval of their selections via DocuSign.

Primera wants to offer all homebuyers the best experience when choosing their new home interior, whether in person at the design center or remotely. With this virtual process, homebuyers can be reassured that they will receive the one-to-one personal attention and advice needed to make the optimum choices for their new home to suit their style and budget without compromise.
